Monohull Sailing Yachts
Monohull is the classic type of sailing yachts. They are defined by their one hull. They are narrower than catamarans, so it is easier to moor them in the Greek ports or marinas. This is very important especially in the peak months, July and August.
During windy days monohull sailing yachts offer a unique feeling to sailing enthusiasts. They are less vulnerable to wind gusts, thus allowing skippers to easily set anchor or dock under windy conditions. Sailing upwind and tacking are also more convenient particularly in wavy seas.
Following you will find detailed info regarding our monohull sailing yachts and their chartering availability (bareboat, skippered, or crewed). Should you like to charter a yacht from a different marina than indicated as “base marina”, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to satisfy your specific needs.
Please take into account that for bareboat charters you need to hold a valid International Certificate of Competence (ICC). If you are holding an ASA or RYE equivalent license, it can be easily converted into an ICC in your home country. We strongly recommend that at least one additional guest holds a RYE Competent Crew Certificate or equivalent as well.
